Mirror, frame and unit sizes
EC's dance mirror listings give the size of the mirror, of the frame on the flat panels, and of the whole unit, which is the size that matters for doorways and the truck. M-0018A has a mirror 71 inches square in a frame 78 inches square, on a unit 84.25 inches wide, 36 inches deep and 80.5 inches tall; M-0018B is 77.5 inches wide and 24 inches deep at the same height, and the M-0019 tri-panel unit is 88 inches wide, 32 inches deep and 78 inches tall.

Getting the mirrors from EC's dock to the set
The flat panel units stand 80.5 inches tall and M-0018A is 36 inches deep, so measure doorways, hallways and elevators at the location before the pickup. EC Props does not deliver and its employees cannot help load or unload, so send enough crew for the pickup and the return, with pads for the mirror faces and ropes or tie-downs, because EC does not supply expendables. Two pieces of paperwork come first, and both name one company: an account active in EC's system before an estimate or invoice for the mirrors can be drawn up, and a valid certificate of insurance before the crew may pick up or begin loading a unit. The company listed as Insured on the certificate has to be the one that submits the account paperwork and pays, and a credit card has to be a business or corporate card in that company's name; EC cannot process a personal card.

Requesting M-0018A, M-0018B or M-0019
Of the three dance mirror lines, M-0018A holds two units, so give it a count on the request hold list; M-0018B and M-0019 are one unit each and need only the stock number. The form that sends the list also asks for your will-call and return dates, and a request by phone needs the same three stock numbers, the M-0018A count and the dates.
