Parts carts and bin cabinets, filled and not

The book describes the bins on 6 lines as filled with various parts, from 128 green bins on C-0114ga to 16 metal bins on P-0110, a single-sided mobile organizer 49 by 31 by 52.5 inches; the plastic-bin carts mark their bins removable. It names none of the parts, and EC rents every piece as-is, so ask the front office what the bins hold before the close-ups are planned.

The C-0114 carts with green bins step up in bin size as the count falls: small bins on C-0114ga (128 at 4 by 7 inches), medium on C-0114gb (82 at 5¾ by 9) and large on C-0114gc (48 at 8¾ by 9¼), with the 72 light blue bins of C-0114b at the same 5¾ by 9. Each line stops at that bin size, and none of them, nor C-0566, gives the cart's footprint or says castered, so ask about both before sizing the truck.

EC's book counts 8 castered metro parts carts under C-0514, each 36 inches wide with 7 shelves and 18 gray parts bins of 7 by 14 by 11 inches. The book does not call those bins filled, nor the 42 blue bins that dress C-0879, a gray metal cabinet with a glass panel front that EC also files under Tool Chests. P-0856 swaps bins for 60 drawers on a gray/aged cart.

Floor and tabletop parts carousels

The P-0027 floor carousels are one gray metal series, 35 inches across on wooden castered bases: P-0027a and P-0027b, with 7 and 8 tiers, stand 63 inches tall, and the line for P-0027c, 7 tiers with an empty slot, stops after the diameter. P-0120 is the stainless steel one, 70 inches tall, and P-0182, 8 metal tiers with two 36 inch post handles, stands over an H-shaped footprint of 32 by 36 inches where its line is cut off; neither has a count in the book.

On the counter, P-0026a and P-0026b share one 4 tier size, 17 inches across and 18 tall, the first in gray plastic and the second in gray metal, so the book counts 7 tabletop carousels of one size between them. The J-0015 spinner of 12 red-lidded plastic jars asks you to specify with or without mounting before its line is cut off.

Gray metal cubby units, bin racks and bin boards

The three gray metal cubby lines filed here share one footprint, 35½ inches wide by 12 deep, and step up in holes and height: P-0072 with 20 at 42 inches, P-0070 with 80 at 43½, P-0071 with 120 at 65. The P-0203 rack, 22 inches tall with 20 blue bins the book calls full, has the same width and depth.

The bin boards carry gray bins of one size, 4 by 5 by 3 inches: 40 on each P-0075, 35 inches wide by 22 tall on a wood back and marked wall mount, and 20 on each P-0146, 20 by 20 inches on wood backing, a line that does not say wall mount. The book counts 6 boards across the two lines, a count that is no promise of what goes out for your dates. Before planning one wall of them, ask the front office how many of each can go, whether the P-0146 boards have any way to hang, and whether the P-0075 bins are plastic, since only the P-0146 line of the two says so. EC rents every board as-is, and any hanging is the production's work.

Wood, glass jars, the Period line and the condition notes

Of the 70 lines filed under Parts Bin Organizers, one carries an era word: P-0191, a parts carousel on a wood base with 6 glass jars, marked Period, with no size or count. Of the condition notes across these tables, one is wear, the gray/aged marking on the drawer cart P-0856, and the others are gaps: the empty slot on P-0027c, the empty locations on P-0188, "6 drawer (3 missing)" on P-0109 and "W/ 2 DRAWERS MISSING" on P-0095. EC rents every piece as-is, so dress the set around them.

The other pieces in the table below carry no date: P-0188, a red and black wood carousel with 9 glass jars; P-0855, a Ferris wheel style holder with 8 glass jars; P-0247, a dark wood cabinet with 7 drawers, 2 in the book; and P-0164, a wood organizer 45 inches tall whose 24 slots the book describes as filled with cork stoppers.

Drawer units by drawer count

The first table below holds the 16 drawer lines filed here that name a metal body, from O-0009, 30 blue drawers in silver metal, down to the 3 drawer units P-0086, in OD green (olive drab), and P-0255, in a color you specify; P-0288, 28 drawers on a dark brown metal rack, is listed with the bin racks above. Metal drawer units such as F-0063, a 30 drawer gray metal parts cabinet, and O-0002, an 18 drawer metal organizer in 2 tiers, sit in EC's book outside any category, so search the stock number to see them. One width recurs in these tables: F-0006, F-0068, P-0085, P-0088 and P-0089 are all 33¾ to 34 inches wide, and P-0097 leads with 34 inches too, but their other two measurements run from 10 to 17 inches, so match them by the full size in the table, not by width alone.

Read the sizes closely: P-0089 gives two, 34 by 11 by 13 inches or 34 by 10 by 17, so name one; P-0096, F-0113, P-0093, P-0095 and F-0118 give none; and F-0068 is a metal body with plastic drawers and no drawer count. Of the drawer lines in the two tables below that give a size, the small end is P-0883, 4 drawers in 6 by 8 by 6 inches.

Small organizers: clear drawers, colored bins, low boxes

The clear-drawer units on this page are all 5 or 6 inches deep: P-0154b and P-0154a, blue and red with gray sides, put 64 and 44 clear drawers in the same 20 by 6 by 16 inch size; P-0179b and P-0179a, red with 22 and 9 clear drawers, are both 9½ inches tall; and P-0271 has 16 removable drawers with blue locking handles.

P-0153, red plastic with a clear top and 4 individual compartments, and P-0173, a teal metal box with a lid, both stand 3 inches tall; the book counts 10 of the first and 3 of the second. P-0102 gives three measurements, 14 by 13 by 2 inches, without saying which one is the height, and names no material, color or compartments. The blue plastic P-0116 and P-0117 give only two, 11 by 11 and 18 by 7 inches, so ask the front office how tall all three stand before counting them among the low pieces.

Tall pieces, missing sizes and the glass

The tall and wide pieces on this page decide what truck comes to 11846 Sherman Way: P-0120 at 70 inches tall, P-0071 at 65, P-0027a and P-0027b at 63 tall and 35 across, P-0856 at 61, and P-0110 at 49 by 31 inches and 52.5 tall. The book gives no height for the C-0514 carts, P-0027c or P-0182, no depth for the P-0075 and P-0146 bin boards, no overall size for the C-0114 carts or P-0288, and only two unlabeled measurements for P-0116 and P-0117; the lines the tables mark Not given for size carry none at all. Get those sizes from the front office before booking the truck.
